Giovanni Schiuma

Giovanni is Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Business Management and Engineering at LUM University (Italy). He was previously director of the Innovation Insights Hub and professor of Arts Management at the University of the Arts London. Giovanni is editor-in-chief of the journals Knowledge Management Research and Practice and Measuring Business Excellence. He is also chairman of the Arts for Business Institute and has held international visiting academic positions at IfM's Cambridge Service Alliance, University of Cambridge (UK), Cranfield School of Management (UK), Tampere University of Technology (Finland), Graduate School of Management from University of St. Petersburg (Russia), Kozminski University (Poland) and University of Bradford (UK).

Dr. Giovanni Schiuma, as a senior international academic and consultant, is widely recognized as one of the leading international experts in the development and transformation of knowledge-based organizations, arts-driven innovation in business. Communicative and inspirational, with extensive experience in research management and excellent ability to coordinate complex projects. Creative and innovative, with an international mindset, a wide network of contacts and an openness to address and solve critical strategic research and organizational challenges. He is the author of more than 200 academic publications.

 

Emma Parry

Emma Parry is Professor of Human Resource Management and Director of the Changing World of Work group at Cranfield School of Management. Her research interests focus on the impact of the changing external context on people management, including the influence of national context, technological advances, employee attitudes and demographic changes on human resource management.  She has written or edited nine books, in addition to publishing extensively on human resource management and the changing world of work in world-renowned journals. 

Emma has led a number of research projects for clients including the UK Ministry of Defence, the UK Home Office, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Society for Human Resource Management Foundation and the Department for International Development.  She frequently speaks at academic and practical events, appears frequently in the media and has authored numerous research reports and practical articles. In 2022 she was named one of the top HR thinkers by HR Magazine. Emma is a Fellow and current President of the British Academy of Management. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, an Academic Fellow of the CIPD and an Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Labour Studies. She is also co-editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Human Resource Management.

 

Rob Van Tulder

Rob Van Tulder is Full Professor of International Business-Society Management at RSM Erasmus University Rotterdam and Academic Director of the Partnerships Resource Centre. He is co-founder of the Department of Business-Society Management, one of the leading departments in the world organizing research and education on the way business can create value for society either alone or through cross-sector partnerships. He advises international organizations, governments, multinational enterprises and international NGOs on issues of sustainability. Proof of that are his latest books:  Getting all the motives right (2018); and Skill Sheets: an integrated approach to research, study and management (2018); Frameworks for Corporate Action on the SDGs (2022) and Principles of Sustainable Business (2023).
